Strategic African Securities Limited (SAS) / SAS Brokerage is a licensed dealing member of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) and duly licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana (SEC) as a broker – dealer to carryout stockbrokerage activities.


SAS Equities is a subsidiary unit of SAS Finance Group responsible for the trading of / dealing in shares of public companies, either listed on the GSE or trading over-the-counter (OTC).


At SAS, we also sponsor companies listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange and Ghana Alternative Market (GAX). We are mandated to promote Ghana Stock Exchange as a viable alternative to raising long term capital.


Our services include but not limited to the following:

  • Execution of shares buy & sell orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Share floatation & Stock Exchange Listing on the GSE or GAX
  • Investment and advisory services to international and emerging market funds. This is backed by quality and relevant research reports from SAS research team


We facilitate other value added services to our cherished clients concerning capital market and stock broking issues relating to any of the under listed;

  • Dematerialization of share certificates  onto the Central Securities Depository (CSD)
  • Collection of outstanding dividend warrants and share certificates
  • Revalidation of stale dividend warrants
  • Processing of e-dividend mandate for payment of outstanding and future dividends
  • Assist in conducting a search to determine the stocks you have and where they are resident (Registrars or Stockbroking firm).
  • Inter or intra member transfer of stocks from a dead or active stockbroking house to SAS.


Transmission of a late person’s account into an estate account after all relevant documents and processes has been completed by the administrators of the estate
