TOGBE AFEDE XIV (Founder & CEO of SAS Finance Group)

Founder & CEO of SAS Finance Group. He is an Investment Banker with experience spanning over twenty (20) years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon, Ghana, and an MBA from Yale School of Management, USA. Togbe serves on the boards of Bank of Ghana (Ghana’s central bank), Aluworks Ltd, Pioneer Kitchenware Ltd and Accra Hearts of Oak FC Ltd.

Togbe was a member of the Government Transition Team and the head of the Committee on the Economy, January – March, 2009. And as Chairman of a three-man interim Ministry of Finance management team, he led the Ministry team to prepare the draft budget for 2009.

He is currently a member of the President’s Economic Advisory Council.

APIIGY AFENU

General Manager, SAS Finance Group.

He is responsible for the Corporate Finance & Research Department. Apiigy holds a BSc (Business Administration) from the University of Ghana, Legon and an MBA in Finance from Yale School of Management, USA. He has more than twenty (20) years work experience in financial management, in areas ranging from financial services to transportation services.

Prior to joining SAS in 2009, Apiigy worked with United Airlines as the Financial Controller. He also worked as an Associate with Sterling Merchant Bank, in USA, and with Lamont & Co, an accounting and tax firm in the U.K.

KWEKU G. RICKETTS-HAGAN

General Manager, Business Development and Investment Management

Kweku has about 18 years experience in investment banking in areas ranging from project finance, financial modelling and valuation, as well as investment research, analysis and management. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of London and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School. He is also a member of the CFA Institute, the Securities and Investment Institute UK, the UK Society of Investmtent Professionals, and the Institute of Risk Management. Prior to joining SAS, he worked for a number of Investment Banks including JPMorgan Chase, Rothschild Bank and Investec Asset Management in the UK.

RICHARD KWAME AYAWLI

Finance Manager.

He holds a Bachelors degree in BSc Administration (Accounting major) from the University of Ghana, an MBA in International Business from University of East London Business School, UK and an MSc. Accounting & Finance from London South Bank University, UK. Richard studied at the London College of Accountancy for his ACCA qualification. Prior to joining SAS, Richard worked with Multimedia Group Ltd in Accra, as the Finance Manager.

DEDE YANKEY

Portfolio Accounting and Control Manager.

She has over ten (10) years work experience at SAS. Dede graduated from the University of Ghana, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Economics) and a Diploma in Statistics. She has vast experience in corporate valuation analysis, financial advisory services, and investment accounts management.
